This 14k yellow gold double-sided medallion features the engraving Fuck Yeah framed by diamonds on one side and Hell No framed by rubies on the other side. Each side of the medallion has a beveled edge, so the two sides meet to form a crisp edge. When viewing the medallion from the side at just the right angle, you can see both the diamonds and the rubies at the same time. This newest version of the medallion features a mechanism that allows the medallion to rotate from the front side to the back side with just a spin.
